This bacon jam smash burger didn’t just meet expectations — it tackled them into the parking lot and stole my wallet. The burger was perfectly smashed, the bacon jam was sweet, smoky, and possibly crafted by burger wizards, and the fries disappeared so fast I’m considering filing a missing persons report. I took one bite and immediately understood why people follow food trucks like ancient nomads chasing prophecy. If this truck ever leaves town, morale will drop significantly.
